When everyone in Naira Harootunian’s life started approaching her for real estate investment advice or tips in purchasing a first home, she decided it was time to make things official by obtaining her real estate license. Now, she’s pairing her deft research skills with her vast experience in finance and business strategy to help both residential and commercial clients realize their loftiest goals. A true people person, Naira compassionately and carefully listens to each of her client's unique needs to make sure she truly understands their desired outcome before putting an artful plan into motion. Supported by her in-depth understanding of finances, including taxes, she has the knowledge to guide her clients through every step of a transaction without any turbulence.
Born in Tehran, Iran, Naira made the move to Los Angeles in 2008. She handily received her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Taxation Laws from CSUN, giving her clients a definite edge when it comes to investment.
In her free time, Naira is an avid traveler, having visited 18 countries and countless cities over the years. She also excels at flower arrangements, a hobby that evolved into a lucrative part time business. You can also often find her modeling her own clothing designs, many of which she creates from scratch.
